rapport qualite prix TOP mais livraison PAS du tout top
suite a la recommandation de mon colleague, j ai effectue mes achats. je suis contente de mes achats mais je suis tres decue au niveau livraison.
quelques conseils pour la livraison :
- une fois que vous recevez le mail "preparation en cours" avec le numero de commande etc. comme suggere by mon colleague, il faut appeler OPTIMUM pour obtenir le numero de coli,
- appeler au transporteur pour avoir la date de livraison. car sinon le livreur les laisse dans le couloir, il ne lit meme pas les instructions que vous laissez
- puis tracker sur le site de transporteur
je trouve c est dommage que dans le mail de preparation en cours il n indique pas le numero de coli, puis apres l address Espane, il met de numero de telephone Francais sans indication +33, c est un peu confu
mais bon, a part ca, les matelas sont bons :)
