Shipping and returns

The transport of your package

Mattresses are generally shipped within 7-14 days after receiving your payment. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postal charges. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you group up your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to any package containing fragile products. The packages are oversized and protected.

Without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 100 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the product before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline.

We may defer the refund until we have received the article(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the article(s), whichever comes first.
